Fraud Prevention for Families with Citizens

During this engaging and interactive session, subject matter experts from Citizens’ Fraud Prevention and Branch Operations will provide valuable insights on some of the most common fraud tactics and strategies to help protect personal data and identity. Whether you are getting ready to open your first bank account or have been banking for decades, this event is great for anyone ages 10-110. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend the event with the children and aging loved ones for whom they care and encourage ongoing conversations about fraud prevention after the session.

 

About the Speakers

Erin Donnelly is the Head of Claims Operations at Citizens, a role they have held since 2022. In this capacity, Erin leads a dedicated team of 300 full-time employees and contractors, focusing on investigating and resolving claims for victims of fraud and identity theft. With over 16 years of experience in the financial industry, Erin has developed expertise across a range of areas, including technology, commercial banking, digital innovation, and change management. They currently reside in Barrington, RI, with their wife and 4-year-old daughter. 

 

Jeanne White is the Branch Manager at the East Milton Citizens Branch. She has been in banking for over 15 years. Her passion is getting customers excited about achieving their financial goals and getting to know my customers in the area. She is an avid believer in making sure her customers are educated and proactive in keeping their finances safe and secure.

              About the Session

Allegra Murray is the Corporate Giving Operations Manager at Citizens, as well as the founder and co-chair of the company’s Business Resource Group (BRG) for working parents and caregivers, Caring for Citizens. She is a member of the Milton community with a preschooler and a preteen in the Milton Public Schools. The BRG has been piloting new financial literacy programming specifically for families of all ages and Allegra is excited to offer this session to the members of her community!
