The Rev. Stuart C. Brush of Woodbury, a charter member and former President of the CT Society of Genealogists, will lead a program focusing on ways of creating and preserving family collections.
Mr. Brush studied at the New York Historical Society with the distinguished genealogist, Dr. Kenn Stryker Rodda, prior to writing the 904 page award winning volume, The Descendants of Thomas and Richard Brush of Huntington, Long Island in 1980, now in its fifth printing. Having lectured in both the U.S. and Canada, his upcoming program will be designed to help both the beginner and the hobbyist of the subject.
