Sound healing is an ancient practice that helps us relax our bodies and our minds. Julia Nadolny, who is certified in sound healing, will play her quartz crystal singing bowls to help us realign and heal our energy systems. This program is a great relief from the day-to-day stress of modern life. Please bring something comfortable to lay on (yoga mat, blanket, et cetera) and join us for an evening of relaxation and re-centering.
