Enjoy the mobility and vitality that regular yoga practice can provide, while feeling supported in a chair (no floor work). This is a very gentle program with modifications. Beginners welcomed. Led by Barbara Siems.

Registration Opens Wednesday, October 16, 2024.

Classes are: 11/6/24, 11/13/24, 11/20/24, 11/27/24, 12/4/24, 12/11/24, 12/18/24.

Register once for all sessions. Cost: Free.
