Please join us at the Mobile County Connection! Monmouth County's Constitutional Officers will be on site to provide the following government services from their departments:
County Clerk’s Office – Clerk Christine Giordano Hanlon
- Passport applications and photos*
- Veterans’ discount and gold star family ID cards*
- County ID cards*
- Free notary services
- Election/voter information
- Property fraud alert program

Surrogate’s Office – Surrogate Maureen T. Raisch
Information on the following:
- Probate of a will
- Qualifying as administrator of an estate
- Guardianship of an incapacitated individual
- Finalizing adoptions
- Guidance and direction for the new e-probate filing module
- Free notary services
Sheriff’s Office – Sheriff Shaun Golden
- Youth Identification cards
- Register ready ID cards
- Safe cargo/child seat safety
- Prescription disposal drop off box

- Division on Aging, Disabilities and Veterans Services
