Attention to our younger chefs! Ms. Tory invites you and a grownup to our very first Cookbook Club for Kids!  Each club meeting will feature a selected children's cookbook, and kids (with grownup help!) will prepare a tasty treat from the book to bring to the Story Hour Room and share. The cookbook chosen for October is Spooky Snacks and Treats by Zac Williams.

In order to participate, please take these simple steps:

• Please register both your child and their grownup through the library events calendar. Only registered cooks will be able to attend.
• Visit the Children's Desk to find a reserved copy of this month's cookbook, and select your dish.
• Once you've chosen your recipe, contact Ms. Tory by email ([email protected]) or phone (617-898-4956) to let her know what recipe you’ll be trying so we don't have duplication in the dishes!

This will be an in-person program: participants (both kids and their grownup) will be in the Story Hour Room, sharing food. Space is limited and advance registration is required. Registration will open two weeks before the meeting date. Once you register you will receive more details about the club.  Bon Appetit!
