These sessions will help you get centered while melting away tension in the body. Beginners welcome.
We will focus on Breathwork, Gentle Movement and Stretching as well as building strength and working on balance. Sessions will finish off with a deep Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing with sound bowls or/and tuning forks for deeper relaxation.
