presented by Bill and Melinda Space This program will demonstrate three types of boards: traditional with meat and cheese, a butter board with flavored butters and items to dip, and a dessert board. You will receive handouts on pairings, assembling, and salami flower-making. Then you will each receive a plate of meats, cheeses, olives, pickles, fruits, and nuts to create a charcuterie cup to take home (with fancy toothpicks!). You will also be able to nibble on the display boards. A nonrefundable fee of $5 is due at the time of registration at the ASK Desk. CLASS WILL BE GIVEN AGAIN IN APRIL 2025.
