Join Ashley Sabato in this new series of fitness seminars, Fit for Life! Come to just one class or join every week!
Owner and Founder of GET Fit gym, Ashley and her team are here to help you work on yourself both holistically as well as through workouts that anyone can do.
Each week there will be a seminar surrounding our busy lives, meal planning and nutrition, as well as overall stress reduction and building healthy habits.
Kids are welcome! We have a separate workout space where they will be with a trainer focusing on stretching, light yoga, and exercise.
