Owner and Founder of GET Fit gym, Ashley and her team are here to help you work on yourself both holistically as well as through workouts that anyone can do.
This week the focus is on the best practices Ashley uses and teaches to manage stress by what we eat.
Kids are welcome! We have a separate workout space where they will be with a trainer focusing on stretching, light yoga, and exercise.
