Children ages 3-5 and their adults are invited to a kid-friendly yoga class! Christine Walker from the Little Bee Yoga Company will be at the library to run a 45-minutes yoga class geared towards our youngest library users. This class will incorporate cardio conditioning, fun music, stories, and teach children the benefits of traditional yoga: meditation, breathing techniques, peace and relaxation. Services provided by a certified and insured Children’s Yoga instructor. All participants will need to bring a yoga mat/towel and to wear comfy clothes! Registration is required and begins on October 21st. This program is funded by the Friends of the Library.
