Participants are welcome to find a quiet, comfortable space to relax and join mindfulness teacher, Lauren, for a calming lunch break meditation on Wednesdays in October. Classes will be held virtually. You will learn how to practice daily mindfulness, and calm your mind and body with meditation. Participants will be introduced and guided through a different type of meditation each class. Register once to receive the meeting link and attend any or all sessions. See below for class schedule:
 
Oct. 2 - Mindfulness Meditation
Oct. 9 - Movement Meditation (ft. light movement and breathing. No equipment needed.)
Oct. 16 - Nervous System Relaxation
Oct. 23 - Nature Visualization (ft. breathwork and mantra meditation)
