Defensive Driving Course with Empire Safety Council.  Receive 10% reduction on automobile/liability insurance and qualify for a licensed point reduction!  Register in person at the Garden City Public Library beginning Monday, September 23 at 10AM.  The first 3 weeks of registration is limited to Garden City Public Library cardholders only.  Those without a Garden City Public Library card can begin registering on Tuesday, October 1.  Register separately for each person. Proper ID is required when registering an absentee party.  You must bring a $33 check made payable to Empire Safety Council and current Library Card with you to register.  Bring your valid New York State Driver's License and a pen to class.
