Caring for the Caregivers.

A representative from Willing Hearts, Helpful Hands Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support Initiative will be on hand to meet one on one with caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s or any form of dementia.  We will assist with information and referrals regarding caregiver programs, medical care, respite care, benefits, support groups, and more.  Come any time, no appointment is necessary.
