Embark on a transformative journey through the ancient practice of Ashtanga yoga in this beginner series with instructor Kim Mercadante. Designed for individuals new to yoga or those looking to deepen their practice, each session will focus on foundational poses, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques. If possible, please bring a mat, block, and strap to class. You may also attend virtually via Zoom if you choose. The fee for these 12 classes is $72 payable by cash or check to the Bayville Free Library. There are no drop-in classes and the fee is non-refundable once classes have started.
