Mindful Families

Join the Braintree Communtiy Partnership for a movie screening featuring a special Disney movie that explores emotions.

 After the movie screening, families will learn simple stress management techniques , ways to explore emotions and  reduce stress. 

There will be a fun engaging activites and take aways. Event is free and for children ages 6-10 years old, with a parent or caregiver.
