Come join us to cultivate joy and connection! Chloe Carlson will talk briefly about what joy is, why joy is so beneficial to our well-being, and how to harness and even amplify joy’s benefits, all drawing from the work of Stanford neuroscience researcher, Kelly McGonigal, PhD.
Chloe will also review some of the simple, effective tools Dr. McGonigal has identified, which we can use to foster joy in our everyday lives. Since joy, like other emotions, is contagious, and connection is a major source of joy, we will be heightening our circle’s collective joy by exploring and sharing about joy together. Joy to you!
