  Kathryn Pauline’s Piecemeal offers main dishes, appetizers, sweets, and salads.  Her strong suit is the repertoire of sauces, dips, marinades and condiments. These additions, or “pieces” of each meal, promise to steal the show, every time! Invent a good roasted garlic for example, and soon you can profit on a Monday from the rest of Sunday’s meal.  She builds lovely culinary zingers and with each recipe courteously points toward 3 ideal ways to savor them.
