During this program, Town of North Hempstead Receiver of Taxes Mary Jo Collins and her staff will explain to Nassau County homeowners how to apply for the many property tax exemptions available to County residents. Staff will be present to distribute and take applications, provide one-on-one assistance, and answer questions regarding exemption qualification requirements.
