With the use of our bodyweight, this class will focus on overall health: building strength, improving balance and mobility, and increasing endurance.

It is recommended that participants bring the following items: light hand weights (3 to 5 lbs.), 1 or 2 resistance tubes, 1 to 3 mini ankle loop bands, and a water bottle.
